Yes they only opportunity to submity is in May or novemeber. The next submission window is May 1 - May 7 2025

Can a mentor himself apply for Bsc degree from Oxford brooks?

A mentor can study for the BSc but they can not act as a mentor whilst they do so. If you are a student on the BSC you can't be a mentor at the same time.
