I think one of the biggest benefits there is that there is a psychologist avaiable!! I was really surprised with that

That was the case in two companies I worked for already, but I don't know anybody who went to them. Too embarrassing I guess? Surprised people on Korea are more open to it.
woah i really like the ceo though, everyone's all like no comment about their salary but he's very confident
@vinushaa_4 ะถัะป ะฑาฑััะฝ
thats because he has nothing to be embarrassed about. He's very happy and satisfied with his high salary compared to regular workers low salary.

im pretty sure not revealing their salary is part of the contract. The CEO is CEO, so he's not bound by that contract.

@@MichaelPark915 Not sure if it's OK in Korea, but in most countries clauses prohibiting salary disclosure are invalid. I bet they just don't want to say their salaries: no one in the US does, yet you're explicitly allowed to.
This is the workplace everyone should have!!! Flexibility in working hours, a good environment, nice colleagues and understanding managers is what makes for an effective employees!!! Not rigidity and strict rules
Oh man, I'd love to see a JTBC tour...I want to see the entirety of the Creation Hall and maybe...just maybe...an interaction with Jang Sung-kyu and Sohn Suk-hee? (But I think that'll just be a fantasy...) Anyway, congratulations on the new spin-off! I had fun! It was genuinely interesting!
