Great video thank you Isaiah! I get knee stability issues when nearing my max on most of these exercises. I'm a similar frame to you but shorter and lighter (6ft 155lbs). Have you ever encountered the same hurdle and how did you overcome it?

Is it better to do the Panda Pulls with a Trap set up instead of a straight bar?

Hey Isaiah I love watching your shit but I have a sensitive question. How prevalent are steroids in the athlete scene and if not steroids then atleast performance enhancing stuff.. have you ever been near it or taken it?

Have you had any problems with your right ankle in the past? It comes of the ground a little in deep squat position. And that really bothers me but clearly dont bother you at all. Wouldn't doing squats in lifting shoes be helpful for stability? I'm starting in S&C(im physiotherapy major) and i'm just curious

Looks like the back is working more than the glutes and the hamstrings for the RDL at the end, no ?

to be honest thp’s views on hypertrophy are kind of outdated at times, don’t need to hit sets of 12 or 15 when 6-8 is just as hypertrophic with less fatigue
