i was 30 pounds overweight but once i stop drinking soda aka coca cola or any similar drinks and started drinking just cold water ... i lost like 6 pounds in 3 months... now when i started eating smaller portions and exercising during the week .. i lost like 6 pounds per month.. now you could still have your sugar cravings but eat it in small portions and not everyday.
