I’m from north of Quebec, Canada and I would love so much having a group like this when I was about 16-18 years old. I was training alone. I had to think myself of a training and keep the pace. In a training of intervals my objective was to finish faster at the last rep. I was running 800m in 1:52 than I had an injury to my left knee. I know now if I had done musculation I would maybe avoid this and could have run faster. I’m turning 50 this year and my principal goal is to avoid injury to my legs. Have fun young people
