@@jabesnunez4173o he’s referring to the sexiest man alive who has a lean athletic physique in which allows him to be very good at movements unlike body builders he can move and isn’t unhealthy, Leon Edwards also is on a lean bulk and he doesn’t dirty bulk and he is also not a steroid user which gives him that athletic V taper, Leon Edwards also doesn’t use a belt in the gym which indicates that he has good core strength which in depth makes him the most aesthetic physique….another thought he doesn’t use mass gainer protein shakes he uses natural made stuff which gives him that lean athletic physique…as well as the reason why he might be the long lost brother of the RIO twins my thought is that he was lost at birth and is in fact related to the RIO twins in which end makes him a person with an aesthetic physique in which also gives a nice V taper in which gives him good core strength….I hope that explanation was good enough I can rephrase if necessary….

it's all about leverages, that's why only the total matters because your good leverages for the deadlift like for example long arms are bad for bench and vice versa. Also tibia to femur ratio that might be advantageous in deadlift could be detrimental for squat and vice versa. The total is the only fair measurement of strength.
@theaccordian9377
