This is my favorite timer when i have time, after 5 minute warm up I Play this video and here we go with 45 seconds of sweat and only 15 seconds to breath and take a sip of water.
Here is my plan :
1. Ktbl front squat
2. TRX lunge (R)
3. TRX lunge (L)
4. Single Arm Ktbl Overhead Squat (R)
5. Single Arm Ktbl Overhead Squat (L)
