It's time for an upper body training at home, this 30 minutes Hiit timer 30 seconds on and 10 seconds off, i used my TRX cable with this workout plan :
1. TRX Push ups
2. TRX Triceps
3. Inverted Row
4. Reverse Fly
5. TRX Plank

“Workout Music With Timer” helps you to have fun during your training session.
Choose the work/rest ratio that fits your need, keep an eye on the timer, there is a beep sound which tells you when to train and when to take a rest period.

Abs workout Leg raises/knee raises 30 s 10s rest Side plank/side plank 30 s (right side) 10s rest Side plank 30s(left side) 10 s rest Regular Plank / long lever plank 30 s 10s rest Russian twist 30s 10s rest Jump rope/jumping jack 30s Rest 10 s And do it all again for 3 times

1.low plank 30 s 2. Burpees 30.s 3. Running on.one place 30s. 10 sec rest each. Keep going for 20-30 min

Been doing one week of a random 10m beginners workout and realized I could make my own. Tried this and after 15 min i was feeling the muscle pump and sweating profusely, looking like those oiled bodybuilders

Good music, thank you but no 1 min rest. I was looking for Tabata music, there is a 1 min rest period after the 8th cycle. I will get in touch with you

Do you mean : 1 cycle = 30/10 1 round = 8 cycle + 1 min (long rest) and you need 30 minutes which means 5 rounds, right ?
