I’ve never done a kettlebell workout until last week. I came across Roxanne’s channel and I have been loving it. Thank you so much for introducing people like myself to workouts that are fun, energetic, and motivating.

Hi Roxanne, do you have an adaptation for mountain climbers? My lumbar spine aches a lot during that one. Otherwise, I absolutely loved this one :)

You can hold a plank, do the mountain climbers slowly, or you can do toe taps - tapping one foot out and in. Is it the plank position or driving the knee in? ☺️
