Do they know you think like that? Seeing them acting like children throwing a tantrum like a baby in a playpen kicking and screaming until they fall asleep. Look at it from a different point of view. Every else sees now you see it. Maybe someone needs to alpha them back into reality. Non violently remind them of the pecking order and chain of command. In fish reality it would be a shark being attacked by the beta fish. Why do they do that? Go play by yourself and leave the shark alone.

I’ve also found HR to be some of the MOST TOXIC people in the workplace - stirring the pot & looking for ways to fire people in order to make themselves look like their job is the most important in the company. So, if it’s a small company & HR is always busy posting jobs, it means they are always targeting and firing someone. Start watching for who’s always posting jobs - lots of turnover means one thing - they gonna stress you out too.

This isn't a new trend. I was experiencing disrespect in the workplace nearly 15 years ago. A jealous coworker I had the misfortune of having to work closely with would undermine my work, throw papers in my face all because I worked differently and was still delivering results. My direct report wanted me to "work it out with her". Like what? She's the unreasonable and unprofessional one. There is usually no recourse because management doesn't want to get involved and HR doesn't care unless there's legal action. And people wonder why no one wants to go back in the office. Or they just up and quit. There should be consequences for hostility in the workplace.

If there is a conflict between two workers, they are going to do what's right for the company, not the victim. They usually try to get rid of the victim, especially if the victim is on the lower hierarchy of the corporate structure. If you are experiencing workplace harassment, what you have to do is continue working there until you find suitable employment. That's what the Unemployment Commission told me.

My main issue at my workplace is lazy and entitled people who are getting paid to do nothing, are hiding from their jobs, making more productive employees do the work and take credit for their work, and then management doing nothing about lazy people but those people who are doing their jobs get constantly micromanaged. Then the school district always says there is no money and does lay offs or cut hours but those who do nothing keep their job. That is what I talk about and what bothers me from other people people who complain about work and that it is too much work for simple things. I recently told this truth to a coworker who always says it is too much work but then does nothing for the whole day and had an argument with him.

This happened to me at one of my old jobs. I was bullied by old lonely ladies, younger people and my manager who tried to pit me against my coworker. My manager made up a lie saying that I was talking crap about her to him but that was a lie. Then he told her that lie. I’m glad I don’t work there anymore. I hope I never see my ugly fat former manager at the store or somewhere. 😂 I love my current work from home job.

From someone whose been working for a few decades, this is absolutely true. But with the types of leadership we onserve regulalry from the president, congress, HORs, etc….other govnt leaders name calling and being aggressive to eachother, we get this. Once civility is gone, humanrace will be hard pressed to regain it. Remember that.

this has been a trend since forever, in my experience. anyone who hasn't had it should consider themselves lucky.
