Kangaroo courts becoming public record... That's ridiculous since such process isn't held to ethical standards, doesn't have judicial power and has no obligation for transparency or due process. Judge and jury and investigation conducted by peers who are on the payroll. HR is your friend and I your best interest too I'm sure you'd say... Smh
