Good video Billy! Good explanation on lumens and the Kelvin scale. You're absolutely right about can't put in too much lighting. I have quite a bit in my shop, but still use task lighting at several machines and my benches.

Looked at this yesterday, went to Loews today and brought 2 of the 6500K bulbs. Huge difference. I did see one review of these bulbs online and the reviewer said there will not be much of a cost reduction because you are still running the ballast. I am not the electrical type and don't know how true this is but seeing the difference in the lighting, don't care. Another tip when I am staining something I always take a sample out into the sun to see exactly what the color is.
