We've been too busy to put out much content lately so I had my friend Allan come in Friday afternoon and shoot some of what goes on in a day over here. Joel was out but otherwise, the crew was in, small but strong. A huge part of our work is improving the instruments we send. Other than that we're just trying to help you get what you want and need. I spent 3 hours over two days at the shop with Kalei finding just the right uke. He was patient, answered all of my questions, offered suggestions, and demoed a dozen instruments (a true virtuoso on the uke). I bought one on Friday, then changed my mind and came back for a different one on Sunday, and he effortlessly handled the change. Veronica was my point of contact at the warehouse, making sure my last-minute string and case changes were accommodated. Thanks for all your help getting me the right uke!
