I've been a subscriber for a while. Commented on a few videos and only now did I realize that it was Nick, through his books, that has refined my woodworking style. I guess I'm a bit slow but I was looking at my bookshelf in the shop, saw your name and FINALLY put 2 and 4 together... (see what I did there?) To square the corner I have used an old worn out auger bit, cut off the spiral part and take a file and dress the tang of auger bit. Drive the dive the tang i until required size is reached. Better to find the largest old but you can find.

One of my favorites too. We have a huge sawmill nearby that produces quartersawn oak exclusively, so will have a good supply of highly figured red and white oak for Craftsman projects.
