Note: in this laptop we cannot expand RAM upto 64GB. (u can maximum upgrade to 32GB 4800MHZ only) as 12450HX processor maximum supports 32GB only as per intel's CPU data sheet.

That's written in data sheet for all the processors...but we keep on doing it....& we get daily messages & updates....we tried 64GB in i5 12450H CPU also...it works...but there is no need of it....I myself installed 64GB in my old PC with i5 12th gen 😊

@@KatouBuntarou I bought lenovo already and I kinda regret it didn't faced any motherboard issues yet but I'm facing battery drainage issues while charging and lenovo support says that it's normal for gaming laptops to loose 8-10% when it isn't and I'm loosing around 20% per hour even while charging and playing gaming or something and when I told lenovo support that I'm loosing 20% per hour they literally just said I'm not and there's no issues they this fu*kers won't help with any battery issues and if you're buying this laptop for gaming dont bec if you decide to continuously play games for 4-6 hours it'll drop dead even when charging F*ck lenovo.

Don't even think of the victus if you have any thoughts of gaming. My friends have both laptops and Victus is not the best choice if you are a gamer. Yes Lenovo LOQ intel Custom Variants in specific are having issues, even my friend had 2-3 visits to the service centre but if you ask him he'll still suggest LOQ. In the end it all depends on your city's service centre, Company in general is cooperative and helps resolving issues if any. I ordered mine yesterday lets see when it delivers

i have a genuine question i own this exact same model but the issue is the CPU pull so much power like sometimes up to 70W , which is kind off unnecessary and this heats up the laptop and also will damage other components, i manually use throttle stop to maintain the TDP at 45w for CPU so as in to maintain the temps, hopefully Lenovo solves this thing. because i am worried this thing is causing motherboard dead issues in laptops on hx series of 13th gen and 14th gen in Lenovo LOQ . any Insights or comments on this issue Work with Style ??

It can push TDP even more than 70 when required....u better reduce the temperature control & use stand or cooling for max performance task.....& for editing & heavy work load no need reduce TDP much...But for Extreme Long Time u can do it.

Absolutely do not buy a loq with 13th or 14th gen CPUs 12th is fine as the 13 and 14 gen CPUs motherboard die alot. It's a comparability issue and happens on alot of laptops but loq has it the worst

Buy the one with 16 gb specs it has higher resale value. U wont be able to sell ur 12gb individual RAM when u decide to expand ur RAM to 32 or 64 as there are very few laptops that support 12gb rams individually
