World 3 Is Swell | (18) Super Mario All-Star Attack

World 3 is indeed swell, because we find ourselves in Oversweall Ocean. It might only be the start of a new land, but so far I'm liking what I'm seeing. More Mario 3-referenced levels, a chill underwater level, and even more sweet, sweet 16-bit bass. Everything is looking up so far!
