John Williams Executive chef at the Ritz Hotel in my opinion is one of the best chefs in the world in my opinion and of many chefs , one of the true greats of the “ Old School “ why his Palm Court Restaurant has not achieved Three Michelin stars is a mystery to me and many others , a true professional who produces food of the very highest order , and heads up too the waiting staff who are also amongst the finest front of house staff too , Bravo Bravo 😊
