Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani is the world Famous Biryani recipe with Mutton and rice in which Mutton is marinate with masala topped with halfly cooked flavoured rice , fried onion, coriander leaves,ghee and saffron an aromatic full of flavours biryani
Ingredients
Mutton Marination
Mutton 1 Kg
Oil 250 gm
Onion 250 gm
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs
Green chillies 1 tsp
Raw papaya paste 1 tbs
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbs
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Add 250 gm curd
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Mint leaves few
lime juice 1
For Rice
Extra Long grain basmati rice 1 kg
Water 2 lts
Eilachi 4
Cloves 4
Cinnamon sticks 1 inch
Shah Zeera 1/4 tsp
Salt as taste
Bay leaf 1
Coriander leaves mint leaves
For Dum
Saffron strands 10 to 12
Lime Juice 1
Fried onion
Yellow food colour 3 pinch
Ghee 2 tbs
Yellow food colour 3 pinch
Coriander leaves few
Mint leaves few
