They've long pushed back against several of the block and cdr talents that are carrying in these top keys. Issue with PPal is misplays or failed cd uptime are super punishing.

You’re pumping 18s out and me and my group of 3. Have crayon eating dps that we pick up in a pug on a +12. It just goes west really quick and it’s always their mess ups. Just last night I had a balance Druid typhoon the mobs I had slowed down to be kited straight into a mini boss. It killed him. He blamed everyone but himself and bricked my key. I still managed to heal everyone and it wasn’t a wipe. 😭

Try tanking +13 in random group without aug evoker and disc priest on prot pala and you will see that you would be better off as a warrior/druid. Pala is op in specific comp (aug & disc priest), outside of that you are paper compared to those 2 tanks.
