World Health Organization 2022 Ebola Response

Of the 142 confirmed cases during the 2022 outbreak of the Sudan Ebola Virus in Uganda, 87 survived, thanks to the work of the Government of Uganda with support from development and implementing partners. World Health Organization appreciates the European Union Humanitarian Aid (ECHO) for their support in ensuring that the Ebola survivors’ needs are addressed.
