Kata is defined as pre-arranged forms. It’s not necessarily done individually, especially since you can’t practice Judo by yourself.

Als iemand die zelf judo doet, vind ik dit echt heel knap. Op het moment ben ik 14 jaar (laatste jaar -15), heb een bruine band, ik heb 2x mee gedaan met de noord-Hollandse kampioenschappen en 1x met de Nederlandse kampioenschappen. Ik hoop dat ik snel genoeg me punten bij elkaar krijg en dus voor een zwarte band mag gaan als ik 16 ben

I thought neither uke nor tori can turn their back to the judges at all. I see uke turning his back every time he gets up. Is this aloud?

Uke is supposed to stand up and turn using the shortest way. You can see it in the original Kodokan nage-no-kata video too! (v=m3XzJFuWwss)
