Great job! Congratulations! You looked much more confident than in previous tourneys. Do you think you have changed anything in your training that led you to this result?

Thank you! I trained like I've never trained before - almost every day, with at least 2-3 days/week with HARD rolling. I also did cardio training on my own time. I tried to prepare like Keenan advises in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fZ-qfJp8idlkn5o This included some mental preparation, which is something I've largely neglected until now.

@@jinxit It was a bit mind-numbing, but I ran on a treadmill. I would do a good warm-up run, then crank it up to almost a sprint and timed out 5 minutes. I imagined that I was in a hard roll. I'd step off, walk around for a minute, and then go another round. I worked up to 5 rounds per session. I hated it, but I knew I needed it. Yes, I think it helped a lot to give what Keenan referred to as "cardio confidence".
