World Of Concrete 2024 | Event Coverage + Walkaround

Trade shows are a great time, lot of new innovation going on, tools that we've never seen before. I have to say my favorite thing to watch was at the 15:30 mark, where they lifted the concrete slab up with the foam product. Mainly just due to how in-depth their demonstration was, pretty cool to see! This video was simply to show the event in the case you don't attend, or maybe you're thinking about attending next year. In my community tab each year, I post links to World of Concrete and International Builder's Show for free tickets to get in, avoid paying the ridiculous entry cost.

Love your content. Awesome background music. I'm from Lompoc and was a carpenter, mainly worked in Solvang (Hans Christian Anderson building) and Santa Ynez custom homes. Funny you mentioned tamping. It's a lost art and no one's does it anymore (Victory and Hause's)

Was watching this video, showing my wife what WOC looks like as we’re going next week, we use Sase products so I got really excited when you showed their booth so I paused to see which reps I could point out and i saw half my body so that was fun😂

I was running around like crazy at IBS, we ran into a ton of people but still in the few days there it just wasn't enough to get everywhere.. Sorry I missed you! Did you see anything that stood out at IBS?

@@MattBangsWood The Chinese booths are crazy, they copied everything, Schluter system, Hardie Backer. Slat walls. everything Simpson Strong had some really interesting new tools, I’m sure you saw it. The decking tools and the 1” lag bolts. Square D smart system. I was so impressed with GAF solar panel system. Next year I am staying a whole week and will print your picture on a T-shirt HAVE YOU SEEN MATT 😂😂😂😂

make sure u clean those vents real good guys. yes pro mar 200 semi gloss on the walls. what should we use on metal railings and doors? DTM from sherwin williams, in lamens terms direct to metal, lets sand those doors down slightly first, this place is about to have a hole new fresh look to it soon

That was in Bosch's booth, the new dado stack for getting mortar out.. Let me find a link.

The blades they were using are below, but I don't understand the dado-stack of them.. It was 2-blades. so now were just trying to keep up with jones,but before the ex wardens retirement he put the inmates on admin lockdown on the eves of all celebrated holidays. lol, wtf jr, everyday is a haul it day around here mom..

what happened to the old warden? unfortunately, sit down a sec jr why i break this down for u. see what happened the union,boar of directors,cty commisioners got together and had a vote at the town hall last week and vofired the warden and his wife from controlling the prisons, so they said why u even here cali, is the place u otta be, so they loaded up his powerstroke and ,yup u guessed. were moving to beverly, so with a unanymous decision of 11-0 they voted in favor of sonny and rob running the facilities now... oh my thats favortism they cant do that jr.... oh yea they did..
