_"This will make a great story"_ I really enjoyed this. Seeing all the ending permutations was great - the writing was an excellent nod to Junji Ito. I know it is early access & I'm sure (hope!) they will add different weird beings to run into & fight, even more bizarre spells or weapons, & a few more scenarios before it's completed. @@TheZombie2415 Yeah, there was no overarching story, other than you as the player choose different characters to investigate odd occurrences, all ending up with confronting a 'being' of some sort. I kind of agree & wish that there would be a bit more to read about either the being or the weird things you confront during each little part, but I think they want it to keep it mysterious & vague.

Gotta say, as much as i like it, the good ending is a little underwhelming. I feel like a fight against a smaller aspect of the chosen GOD or smtg like it woulda made it better. The lighthouse really feels like a letdown compared to the rest of the game. You just climb and... that's it.

Or just multiple good endings. Maybe like Fallout, have the game explain how your actions affected the endings of different characters. But it is early access, so there's still time.

To me it's a classic lovecraft thing - you really CAN'T fight them head on. The closest you could get is fighting a follower ala Eternal Darkness (to my knowledge that's the final boss). Would be metal as hell tho

Since I had gotten all the endings already in normal gameplay, I had to spreadsheet it to keep track. So it's load up the idol character because she has stupid passive combos, check what mysteries are available and run through and quiting out when I've done all new mystery endings. When all the hard boss ending mysteries were done then any character is fine and I just booted in and escaped all battles and blew through to endings using the background that let you have no allies but let you have more money. This is also a video that couldn't be done till yesterday, as Vigil was bugged and only played the worst Ending C.

oh, there's a mistranslation on the case of the morbid mermaid. for ending C , you should get the "Innsmouth curse" instead of insmasu. (they're written the same in Japanese, but the former is a direct reference to Lovecraft story.

Do the ceremony early on before the body disappears, and write the symbol on his feet with the pamphlet. The other actions that are not bow clap procedures are done exactly at the time said in the pamphlet. Except for covering the mirror, I couldn't do that but managed to get the first ending.
