Just... wow! Thank you so much! One of the nuttiest examples of this kind of thing I have ever seen! And I have seen a lot! Wheeler Dixon delivers another winner on a budget of $75. Narration seems to be a random sampling of pages torn out of MAN, MYTH AND MAGIC books from the grocery store in the 1970s, and then thrown into the air and then read as a "script." I defy anyone to make sense of the opening voice over from Sidney Paul. I never thought I would hear a better narration than ascot-wearing Lawrence Dobkin in his masterful JOURNEYS FROM BEYOND EARTH performance, but this one might actually be even more entertaining in its random / cut-up style of presentation. The mis-matched hodge-podge of stock footage and copyright free-music, seemingly recorded in a drunken haze by Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show, is mind-numbingly sublime... can it get any better? Going onto my watchlist, for sure!

45 seconds in and I'm sold. I love everything about this. The NASA stock animation, the nerfy country rock/noodly synth, that touch of reverb on the narration, to say nothing of the cut and paste nature of the narration itself. I feel like my mom just dropped me off at the De Anza theater on a hot June afternoon; I've got a cold RC cola and a box of Raisinets and all is right with the world.
