Only if they can actually play the game. I always had a hard time playing arty, i just wasn't good at it. So having me on your team as the arty, was a recipe for failure. And it wasn't like i wasn't trying, i was just always looking at the wrong spot.

@@program4215 no arty makes a campy meta, because sitting hull down when HE doesn't do damage anymore means there is no incentive to move and make plays, so having arty to punish you for camping is good, arty needs work, but it makes the game better when it does what it is supposed to do

In terms of the crew explanation at the beginning, the tank does not have 3 crew members. There is not room for 2 people in the turret, it is a 2 man tank with a driver/loader and a commander/gunner/radio operator, who also had to help the driver reload the gun, which had to be done from outside the tank. The 3rd crew member in WOT is either a liquid shapeshifter or an ethereal being, who helps create a division of labor the real tank lacked.

At this tier, the extra crew member is probably there to keep the tank from being negated by killing all the crew without destroying the tank.

I still want WG to make an ELC Even sub branch. There were a few variant. ELC EVEN 30, ELC EVEN 90 and ELC EVEN 120 with 120mm recoilless rifles. There was also a variant using the Nord aviation turret to mount SS13 ATGM's but WOT PC doesn't have ATGM's (Console does).

I am waiting for the ELC EVEN 2030 to come out, an Even 30 but with drone-controls and fully automatic gun, to be remote operated. That would be a top-of-the-line tank for todays battlefield.

Interesting fact, the ELC EVEN 90 was one of four designs based on the same chassis. The EVEN 30 was designed for twin 30mm autocannon, the EVEN 120 was intended to mount four (yes four) 120mm recoiless rifles, two per side. And the big boy, the ELC EVEN equipped to carry either four SS.11/AGM-22 ATGM (anti-tank missiles) or two SS.12 Surface to Surface Missiles (the AS.12 variant being a SAM). Imagine this thing with a pop pop gun like the Luchs (WoT), or a SAM in a bush (WarThunder). :D

T54 was the true mvp of that match. ELC’s spotting was very important, no doubt. But this was at best, an 8-15 or 9-15 loss for greens if they don’t have t54 clutching up.

Elc 90 actually has only two crew, one in the turret and one in the hull and the turret looks that way because it used to fit two 30mm autocannons from an anti-air

As to how you die in a medium with a buttload of HP vs an 11 hp remaining light tank, I have a plausible scenario. Medium tank driver (MT) "hey! there's a low HP light tank down there, even if I take a hit a ram kill would do it in a pinch! I'm going for it" WG "We have a free player about to get an easy kill on an upgraded account, Mikhial throttle the bandwidth!" MT dives over edge, screen freezes, 8 1/2 seconds later MT explodes MT- "Ping or pocket, which loss leaves you dead?"
