I've the same setup, and even with mid level settings at 1440p you'll have some immense fps drops as soon as any action is underway due to it being CPU bound. Really need a real life test with this hardware configuration and some realistic graphics settings

Nah,running DF with 7900gre and 7800x3d on CL30 6000mhz 32gb ram with 3440x1440p monitor perfectly fine.Its beta,its not optimized yet properly.They didnt even put any driver for it

no.. look at the cpu load its like nothing, it's gpu capped if anything at max settings/4k

How to say it, 4070 ti can run witn no problems max settings, but the reason that 4070 ti cant hit above stable 60 fps, its bcs, first wow is mostly CPU bound game , and the CPU in this benchmark is pretty bad for 4k gaming, even for 2k gaming cant hold good fps, and using Ray Tracing on 4k with this CPU ah mmm nope. Note that 4.3 ghz is not enough for wow on max settings with Ray Tracing and 4k gaming ugh! Even if you play weith 4090 you will still be under 80 fps in this test conditions with R7 5800X3D.

Such a poorly optimized game. Dipping into the 30s with a $700+ gpu is ridiculous. Especially when the game doesn't look much better than some games from nearly 20 years ago. Wow has needed a new engine for years.

you can have a 2000$ gpu , all wow cares about is the Cpu, its outdated engine, running it maxxed out is the problem, just drop RT, drop the settings to 8 and its perfect, there is no graphic difference anyway

@bobocionut6926 wow definitely cares more than just the cpu. So tired of hearing this argument. Your not gonna put in a high end cpu and a low to mid tier gpu and still expect the game to run fine at say 4k maxed out. Or even 1440p maxed. The game is garbage all around. It barely looks better than it did nearly 20 years ago and runs like hot garbage. The art team has become better at design but they reuse the same models everywhere.

bonjour j ai une petite question, je joue actuellement sur wow avec un asus rog 3080 10G avec un processeur le I5-12600K quand je suis en dj je suis souvent entre 60 et 80 FPS et je trouve ça tellement peu ... je joue actuellement en 1440p en 240 hz, penser vous qu'il faut que je change mon processeur ou ma 3080 ou les 2 ? merci a vous. @Jansn
