Well, on the NA server, the way to play a BB is to never leave spawn and blame your DDs for the loss.

this is pretty much why I dont play T10 games with BB's, they are boring. Everyone is at 18k plus and as soon as a couple of hits turn and run, boring boring boring

Finally I understand fire prevention, all this time I thought, that it works when when you have 3 fires you cant get the 4th, and was always thinking I dont get four fires that often😅 . Plus it explains when Im playing HE spammers, and after a 100hits still one fire, I got reallly anoyed at the RNG for that. So it was a two for one lesson. Thanks!

GG! Trenless you are asking players to use a strategy in their gameplay. Most are going to just rush in get as much damage as possible, then die and go back to port for another ship to play the next game. Good rundown on the ship build.

Funny fact about the Yamato series, use a detatonation flag, random torpedo’s do tend to hit the ammunition and cause a detonation.

I tend to not play BBs, or even Cruisers. I understand HOW they work, but i dont understand how to win the game in them if your dd's are bad. Thats why i almost only play dds.

there are some lower tier BBs where you can build different but I think on tier X is better going tank.

Need a video for DDs. Many go yolo and die in 2-3 min. When you lose the only dd or half of them its hard to recover

I think, extra %10 percent DCP and Heal are always good for American BB line. They give some tankines on those ships. Because they have long DCP and give them extra 10 percent is good. You should run away from He spammers with that.

Extra duration on heals also means more HP recovered. It's a big buff for BB that have improved repair or super heals as they usually have weak armour to compensate thus eating more pens. Don't forget that fire (and flood) damage is healable so the hp saving value from ERE is arguably similar to FP.

Damage con is the consumable which is connected under your r key. The "damage control party" consumable. It is the thing that puts outs fires, flooding, and repairs things like engine damage

My approach is to try and stay out of the enemy torpedo soup. And then try to blast stuff that gives you an opportunity. There are really no BBs that can actually tank a yolo rush. So you only use your HP to make some calculated push that does not land you in positions where the entire enemy team shoots you. You can bumrush a single enemy but not too many of them. And especially you can not rush into ships that might torp you, because you are far too sluggish to tokyo drift them.

I think it's getting a little too technical, hopefully never to the level of WOT. Does a AP large caliber naval gun really care about angles? Largely no, they still do massive damage

Iff you grind out one line with some bonuses you can have a level 16 captain by the time you have a tier 9 ship

In my opinion, most bbs can succeed with a 14 point captain, and I hate to say this but if you're captain doesn't have at least 14 points maybe just don't play tier 10

If I were to say, Concealment isn't really better than fire prevention. How concealed you are, most BBs will be spotted by DDs, CVs SSs by norm and even if you are concealed enemy has 28s window to shoot you after you shoot. Concealment is for when you know great map knowledge and want to make decisive actions. And in all honesty, it doesnt take that much to get 14point
