I played the Kirov back when it was the mainline T5. It was superb. Never played this boat before.

I enjoyed this line, the relatively good speed and maneuverability help keep you alive. Sure it can suck when you just don't get fires but over all they are fun to play imo. I am currently up to the tier 8 ships in both lines, Tallin and Chappy, and games can really go either way sometimes you just get caught out and focused down and other times you can farm with impunity. I wish these videos had been around when I was starting the line. Gonna check out some of the others , French cruisers might be one of my next lines.

this ship is literally useless. piss poor armour, bad range on guns and the damage output is a joke. the only thing it's good at is ceasing existence once it's within range of enemy guns which you will have to do because your guns have a bad range.

Thank you for your comment. I see you are not a fan of the light cruisers of this line. If its not working for you try a different approach to them and play them differently. Not all cruisers play the same

@@WookieLegend coming in years late (checking out your videos after watching your twitch) But the one really good thing about these ultra weak armoured light cruisers, esp ones with low DPM/range guns, is they teach you to use any concealment that's around, and to watch that minimap. They really teach situational and observational awareness. That's exactly what you need coming through the low tiers. It's a DD hunter, in my mind
