I know that you will call me dumb but I like to build a new skipper from nada. You do have a difficult experience initially but learn a lot about your new ship.

Honestly, it's not a bad way to go. My frustration with doing it this way is that it makes leveling through the ship slower. For me, I have limited time to invest in the game these days and want to maximize that time as best I can.

Picked up the Rahmat this morning . . . had a 94k damage earlier, that is really solid. The 5.25s are better than the 4.5's . . . time will tell, but I really like her so far.

Ah yes the Pan Asian ship flag debacle when the DD line was introduced. I still remember how stupid that was considering the Chinese players literally have their own WoWs server but still want to dictate how the global servers work.

I played the Rahmat in ops a couple weeks ago. The team was really to light to win. With a 6 point captain the gun reload time is slow and torp range is 0.5 km less than min detection range of 10 km. We will see when the next tier VI op occurs if Rahmats show up. I think for people like me (plays every day at a casual level) this ship may be okay in coop. To play in Random games one needs to be competent in DDs and have a captain like Da Rong. This line is a heavy DD/very light cruiser (VLC) in the shadow land between DDs and Cls. I have mixed feeling about the whole line.

Yeah, they're almost on the lighter side of the British CLs a bit with their gun calibers and detection radii. I'm not 100% in love with the line yet, but there are some things I like.

@@joecarlson6428 The offensive systems - light, fire-starting guns married to deep water torps that are nearly guaranteed to generate floods - paired with the low detection and smoke for escapes.
