It is quite sad actually. Looking at belowaverage_potato's solo play, he is certainly not an unicum - he has barely blue stats and 56-57% WR. In divisions however, there's a force multiplier in action, as such guys as him have a trace of brain and can easily cover each other, and voila - you have ''unicums'' in droves and droves ruining the game even further with their never ending packs of three. I mean, I do understand their position - game is very frustrating to play by yourself (I know this because, well, I am a solo unicum player, EU server st_dasa), but it is just like with CVs and subs - by playing in such a way you are making the gaming experience even worse for the REAL average potato out there, as having one of these divs on either side by rule ends in a steamroll. I am really not sure why Jingles features such boring games, maybe the vids he gets are just getting more uneventful and there's not much to choose from?

@@milionST Yeah if you are a "blunicum" divisioning is super attractive because you can force multiply with other good players and get a winrate boost of 10-15% which is a highly attractive proposition in and of itself. Also fun to play in good company 😉

@@FreagaZ I do agree with you. it is fun and all, but there's an elephant in the room we should discuss - skill based matchmaking WG categorically does not want to implement. It is beyond boring to have these divs either at yours or on the opposing side, as the outcome is obvious. I hate the steamrolls in randoms or ranked, they are not fun and are a waste of time. However, from time to time game will pitch on the opposing sides similar divisions such is this one, and THAT should be the norm. Honestly, I can easily hold my own against blunicums if (BIG IF) I get the same side spawn as them. However, if the blunicums are pitched against the noob flank, there is literally nothing l can do but watch one side crumble and the enemy flank closing in on you.

I realized when there were 6 dead enemies, that the division had all the kills at that point, and asked myself "Are they about to get ALL the kills? Is that why Jingles put this one up?" I guess I have been watching for too many years lol

Regarding Kleber being sunk by Shima in a gunfight: one thing I've learned as a DD captain, and then also as a Shima captain, is -- do not underestimate the Shima's guns. They may be slow-firing, and Shima may be a _torpedo_ destroyer, but those guns can still wreck your day if used properly. Wrecked many a gun-DD with those bad bois. Shame many Shima drivers actively choose to ignore them.

Playing a shima a couple years ago, was already damaged when I got jumped by a Khabarovsk totally undamaged. Figured I was dead. Torps already fired...only guns available. So I opened up with the guns - detonated him with the first shot (back then, you could do that.) I just started laughing....almost hit an island I was laughing so hard.

I never got to the Shima because I stopped playing years ago but I was always quite willing to use the guns of the IJN torpedo DDs. Slow rotation and rate of fire, but they hit hard.

I was the enemy Yamato in this game- I tried, something like 200k, 2.5mil potential this game. That Lushun is an absolute zombie, especially with the buffs from arms race, like fighting a tiny british CL with no citadel. Kept shooting him but it didn't matter especially when friendly DDs just melted.

I did similar stunts with some good friends in War Thunder tank AB where we scored 80-90% of kills and caps. A glorious feeling and a let down at the same time. 😃😩 Glorious because obvious, let down because I just couldn't stop thinking how stupid my other teammates were. Actually Jingles, deep water torps can hit subs, but the sub has to try to get hit, as they pass between periscope depth and the next step down, making it exceptionally difficult to get hit by them, but I've had it happen, to me, only the once though.

Not really. BelowAveragePotato got 3042 bxp. WD_SPUD got 1664 bxp. SFNL got 1502 bxp. Since base experience doesn't scale linearly, it has diminishing returns, these three players contributed more than all nine others combined. The fact is the rest of the team did in fact sit back and enjoy a cold one with some popcorn because they had no contribution whatsoever. In fact, just BelowAveragePotato had bigger contribution than four of the other players combined, so... Yeah, credits are where they should be.

Can we also point out the _fabulous_ matchmaking of putting *4* purple clan members against one gold? Not that clan membership is a strong indicator but MM very often screws teams like that from the beginning...
