I'd love too but its expensive to produce wrc1 cars and they've been owning in wrc 2 for ages

Wish FIA would make the Rally2 cars the Rally1 cars. I think that would be it. More manufacturers and more drivers competing for the same tittle would mean more excitment for everyone. This would mean more money for the rally business without extra costs. Sure WRC1 would just be slightly slower than before, but I think the increased number top level of drivers and manufacturers would more than make up for it. Make WRC great again!

@@Mexxx65 Actually this 1.6L engine is derived from Octavia RS's 2.0L engine. And it's specs are pretty close to it. It might be the reason and I am agree with you, it's sound makes me go to 00's.

What I don't understand is why won't Škoda take this bodykit and make Fabia RS/vRS with some decent engine (200hp would sufice). This would sell like hot cakes.

Becouse of the emission regulations and approvals cost would not make in sufficient for Škoda. That's the core of the problems.

Actually company was founded in 1895. First car 1905. 1925 it only changed name from Laurin & Klement to Škoda.
