@@Maleek_Bae yes, nearly .1 sec difference is a world of difference. Just look at the stark difference between Yohan Blake running 9.69sec and Christian Coleman running 9.76. Both are lightning, but Yohan was in another tier entirely. A photo finish would be something closer to .02 or .03, but even the naked eye can discern the difference between 9.76 and 9.73. Had Keni run a 12.13, then it would have likely been a photo finish.
