How do you throw shrukins so fast? Is there a trick, or just a thumb speed thing?

Hey, the fast kunai throws happen by canceling a jump with a kunai throw and then canceling that kunai throw with a jump - repeating that over and over. I do it on a Genesis controller by turning my thumb sideways and mashing on both the B and C buttons. Other runners do it by sliding their thumb from one button to the other.

For the mandara boss, why do you let him hit you instead of doing forward-forward-B through him? Does it speed him up kr something?

The first boss, I assume? After you land a hit, he zooms off screen - the faster that completes the better, since he then walks back on screen and can be attacked again. Getting hit knocks you closer to him without shifting the screen. It is a minor time save, if I remember right. There is at least one variation you can go for that is about as fast, but there is a lot more room to mess it up.

Si el hubiera usado el truco y el pad de 6 botones hubiera adelantado frames importantísimos, sin necesidad de haberle puesto pausa. Sobretodo con el control original ya que esta encima, lo que hace que no intervenga demasiado con la run. No 0lvidemos que se distrajo u durante la primera parte del round 3 no corrió desde el inicio del nivel

It was run on a Genesis 2 using a Mega Everdrive Pro cartridge.

How did you run through some of the ememies on the first stage without taking damage?

When you break open a box that has a time bomb in it, enemy collision is ignored while the bomb is counting down. Another good example is at 6:32.
