the simple fact i used to love this game but never knew there was an ending, probably because i got out of it when it was in pretty early access, like I don't even remember there being any bosses it was so early in game

I think the ending might be implying when it send you back to the original plane is that everything that happened was just in your head, or may have been like a last second hallucination before dying. Or it’s a time loop and you are crashing into the fist plane lol

Seems odd never heard of a glitch that is able to be toggled like in the video with such ease. Only thing I was able to find after searching is a mod that was made back in 2015 where the speed is toggled by pressing shift.

Non Speedrun comment here, the game is good, but it has a lot of glitches where like you put something down and it drops through the world, rafts disappearing even when they are on shore and anchored down, multiple items appearing when demolishing structures, etc. The list goes on, I've spent hours upon hours in this game, but the potential is there to be a great game, and not just a winning by leaving the island, but could be the next BIG sandbox game or more realistic Minecraft so to speak! I love how the game works, some stuff needs tweaks, I think stuff like renewable wood and maybe a better UI would be nice! I highly recommend trying this game if you hadn't already and hope that it gets some much needed updates to make this good game great!
