At Central, you can choose between 3 different experiences, and this time we chose HEIGHTS MATER WORLD. 🌎✨ We enjoyed 14 unique courses, each dish offering a new experience. 🍽️ We tasted the gastronomy of each region of Peru: Coast, Sierra, and Jungle, all in one place! 🏞️
For each dish, one of the waiters explained the ingredients, the region they were sourced from, and all the fascinating details and curiosities about the dish. 🍲📚
