Mike Chen should go back to Lima, Peru. There is an interesting history of Chinese migration to Peru. My grandfather migrated to Peru in the early 20th century. Peru has the largest concentration of Chinese descendants in all of SouthAmerica. The Chinese cuisine is very popular in Peru ;and in the past few decades it has incorporated part of the Peruvian cuisine. There is a name people call the Chinese Restaurants iin Peru : CHIFA

Not only that, but since it's such a long country, there is a LOT of variety. Jeg tror han ville ha funnet mye bra her, selv om det å reise rundt (og å spise) er dyrt. llama is not common, i've had alpaca in a cusco restaurant. depending on the place it can be good. llama i think is only available in low quality dried beef jerky. but you can try and get a nice alpaca beef in cusco or maybe in the sacred valley if you go looking for a good place to have it.

I think a huge part is: Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Indian and North american Food is kind of being over represented. Seeing how happy the people are to share their Culture with others shows this even more. It is nice to see some diversity in culture. I mean sure it is nice to see Chinese food. It is nice to see Japanese food. You see Burgers, Pizza, Pasta, all kinds of European/American dishes on a daily basis. But I have yet to see a single dish from South Africa or South america.
