which romsets would you prefer for launchbox ? Ive added nes no intro but i get tons of games with no boxart on launchbox and some games fro mthe same game title have their own boxes even though they are pretty much identical games liek for example batman Returns USA and batman Returns JPN

for romsets try looking on Wikipedia for the full number of games released for that console usually you will find a romset with the roms named correctly its all in the names of the roms no doubt you will still have to go through and rename some roms to get artwork/movies in launcbox but as i said its all about the name sof the roms even one letter out of place and you wont get artwork.. good luck and go on launcbox youtube channel for tutorials :)

That is one seriously amazing machine. Not only does it have every game ever made but it runs super fast and super smooth - it loads the games so quickly and with excellent graphics and load screens. I've never seen anything like this run so well.

this would have been a Dream for us kids back in the 80's. The amount of quarters spent on these games back then was unbelievable! But I miss the whole Arcade experience, all the games, the sounds, people cheering you on. It was an incredible time.

I can't quite afford to buy this but I would love to try making one myself using my old PC, monitor and parts to make the cabinet. I found out that the program that is being used here is called Hyperspin. There are some tutorials on youtube if anyone else would like to try doing this themselves.

Yeah you can do it yourself. You can even just buy an arcade control for your computer and install hyperspin on it. That's what I do.

The cabinet is the hardest part, and that's saying something. All the software can be grabbed online in seconds. Get a frontend, find a "reputable" site for roms, and you're away. Any games you want to play from your childhood at your fingertips.

I think the cabinet should be wider , at least 2-3 inches more . Your hand is too close to second player joystick

rock man no palm rest.. too expensive IMO 20 bucks for the wood, 15 bucks for tmolding , 75.00 for the LED screen, 300 for the computer parts, 100 bucks for the joysticks and spinner, 10 bucks for the speakers , software free. Total cost to build ... 2000 profit

Nice vid. I just came across this video in 2020!. I recently got an arcade cab myself and its great to see others love for the arcade. The Fulgore glitch on the ultra was insane on Killer Instinct. Never seen it before. I seen glitches for Cinder and TJ combo but not Fulgore.

Four USB 3.0 ports in the front of the machine where you can add more games or to add any USB device like light-gun ,steering wheel, Joystick or joypad (most new hardware will net to be setup first in emulator of course).

I have a 4tb. arcade harddrive when updating roms and systems something always went wrong with Rocketlauncher so i decided to separate systems from drive and run off desktop of pc i been happy ever since without updating.

Check out The Chaos Foundry. They're located in Lugarno, Sydney. They build one like this with a 24" screen for $995 with 30,000 games. Yes not a typo - 30,000 games!!! I'm thinking of getting a custom built one from these guys. Enjoy!
