Dear Doctor, I wanted to publicly thank you for success in my small, but wonderful garden. Because of your magic pesticide & counsel for newbie gardeners like me, (the garden mistakes video), I was able to get rid of the pests (spider mites & caterpillars ) & enjoy flowers both indigenous & introduced, as well as a wonderful zucchini/potato harvest-still ongoing! I live where one has 3 1/2 months of ground growing, so mistakes/pests can be heartbreaking & wipe out the growing season! Thank you, a million" thank yous"! You need to understand that the NPK values are percentages so your totals must be divided by 4 because of the listed 4 ingredients. So total averages become: N 22/4 => 5.5 P 25/4 => 6.25 K 7/4 => 1.75

Hi. Thanks for your video. It is very informative. I have some questions (I don't know if you'll be able to give me answer to them all). I'll appreciate if you can provide me with concise answers. Firstly, I only have few of those organic source fertilisers Namely, chicken dropping mixed with saw dust, cow dung and compost which I made from leaves & kitchen waste. I plan to make a potting mix for my young sour sop seedlings using the compost and at least one of the above mentioned organic animal droppings - how do I combine them in ratio of soil+animal dropping+compost? Secondly, If I have air dried or sun dried cow dung or horse dung, does it mean that they are already in decomposed form? Or do I need to pass them through a decomposition process specifically before use? (Pls in case my questions will get a quicker response through your other social media sources, let me know which one among your links would be best). Thanks
@GardenTips3 жыл бұрын
Hi. Thank you. These organic fertilisers generally can be mixed to any ratios, except a few like chicken manure, fish meal, blood meal which are high in nitrogen and can burn plants. Cowdung goat dung rabbit dung etc are the best ones or your own home made compost. I have answers to all in my different videos. Like cow dung queries - kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y57KnpSkr6mrZqc Short explanation of NPK value of each organic fertilizers - kzbin.info/www/bejne/jWasopenl61_Zpo
