Great cake HTCI team! A good way to place an awkwardly shaped and thin piece of fondant on a cake is to 1. Paint a thin layer of veg shortening on the front and lay a piece of parchment onto so it sticks. 2. Turn the parchment (with the fondant stuck on) over and paint some water on the back. 3. Line up the fondant where you want it on the cake and stick it to the cake then carefully remove the parchment. If you use this method in a video, please shout out The Little Cherry Cake company as I learned it from her! 💖
