I just got off the phone with Berkeley Music Company. A couple things: They had no idea Brad had done a video on them, but were pleasantly surprised. I also decided to send them a box worth of about $300 in current, trending, retail packed guitar accessories, (buncha strings I thought I'd go through, bags of picks I don't use, and a couple nib pedals), to help offset their losses. I'd have laughed if it was at guitar center, but these little guys can't afford to be hit like this. I shouldn't have also added, they gave me a helluva deal on a T-Style earlier last year. Hence why I was quick to jump on the assistance bandwagon. Also real tired of hearing these pocket retailers getting hit. Go pilfer GC for chrissakes. Phreakin tweakers.

Left or Right... Censorship in a free country is NOT ok.
@Metalbass100005 жыл бұрын
I agree with you completely. But this isn't censorship. Censorship is when the government bans certain types of speech. This is a private company, and the people who run it are exercising their freedom to choose which products to make, which business opportunities to choose to pursue, and which they will choose to decline. It's no different than the bakery (also a private business) which refuses to bake a wedding cake to a same-sex marriage. A private business cannot be forced to do business with every individual or group which approaches them. I support the freedom of those business owners in both cases.
@p_mouse86765 жыл бұрын
@@Metalbass10000 I really understand your point of view, and although I don't totally agree with it, I think you do have a fair point for small businesses. First of all, Thank you for all of the inspiration in both the music you: Neil, Alex and Geddy have given us throughout the years, the honorable way the band purported themselves as the true professionals they are and we're and will always be known as, three rolled into one and known as a "Working Man". But as we all know it is just a drop in their musical bucket! And how can we ever repay them for the decades of sacrifices which they paid for in endless touring, being apart from their loved ones losing loved ones, family members who they missed and missed them so we could have the joy of their performances. Bringing their show for the world to see. How will we ever be able to repay them for what they brought to us? Rest in peace Neil. Enjoy being with your family and friends Alex and Geddy, be happy, healthy and live the blessed lives you both deserve. Yes you did do it for the money, but I would believe you three had made all the money you each would ever need years ago, which tells me that you continued to perform for the benefit of the world and the fans!!! I write this for all of the truest fans of "RUSH" All the world's indeed a stage And we are merely players Performers and portrayers Each another's audience Outside the guilded cage Thanks again for the RUSH! No shit you fuckin idiots! Geddy Lee is the reason I bought a Rickenbacker 4003 with my first few paychecks at my first real job. I have the first album cover tattooed on my left arm and my friends thought I was nuts for that. That band has been the soundtrack of my life and always will be. I'm disappointed that Rush is actually in the joke that is the RnR Hall of Fame. I kinda wished they would've told them to Fuck Off with that but they are too classy of a band to do something like that. The minute Madonna got inducted was a deal breaker for me. Shout out for your bit on Kennis. Best way to stop these schemes is to spread awareness. Subbed his new channel, he had some awesome videos that I hope he gets back online. Beautiful tribute at the end too man! Things like that make me wanna advertise with you. All you have to do to get started is install the app I sent you...

funny you mention jazz drummers - i watched a documentary a long time ago where neil talked about completely relearning to play jazz style, with one stick held like a fork - his determination to explore new avenues in his music blew me away... edit: that guitar thief had the tiniest little mouth...

Brad you are good guy to help out Kennis. I subscribed. We're all being Foogled! Rage against the hypocritical censorship! You are cultivating quite a group of eccentrics and creative followers. Thet can only make life get more interesting. Keep em glowing!

Love the little "Limelight" tribute at the end. Rush... And Neil specifically were what got me into playing music as a kid.

As an aside... I watched your Kenwood Restoration video, up next this one, and the very next advert was a magic rust removal product! ...I've now shot my "after restoration" video! Thanks! ;-)
