rocky toombstone bengay and constant movement. what helps me is if you grab your hand together like if you were praying (interlocking fingers) and fully twist your wrists. make sure to get a wide range of movement, so fully extend both wrists in each up and down direction while simultaneously twisting them for a full 360° rotation.

IEA10 yeah i do this every day along with other wrist exercises, well wrist stretches and i never notice anything other than alot of clicking, i do both directions to and i also do static stretches where i bend my wrist back and forth for 5+ seconds each time and i also stretch my fingers but i never notice anything helping my wrist, maybe its because i spend TOO much time on the computer

hand exercises actually help prevent carpel tunnel. as long as you also do your stretches and loosen your hand up with some shakes. Carpel tunnel is more from having your wrists resting on something hard and also doing repetitive finger motions like typing at a keyboard.

I've got one. It's not an original Powerball but a copy. Does get the job done though. It has got a RPM meter built in, my top is around 10000, but with a little practice I think I could go higher. I have on problem though, my little finger is getting seriously bad-feeling after 2 minutes. Still an awesome thing to play around with.
