@scott profitt proline Tires will be more durable but they are heavier so you will break more but if you don’t bash hard I would say go for the proline badlands

Their many companies that make awesome tire madd maxx, proline , I think it's called, banana skinz they make tires that are like hard foam which is cool if ur going for top speeds no ballooning of the tires is great proline are ok but they r heavy and expensive here is us they are like $130.00 bucks for 2 so ur lookin at $260.00 for all 4 which I think is overrated but they are sweet lookin and are bigger tire if u are bashing it's good tire u just got to buy what is best for ur application or style of driving cause kev like to bash u may like to join 100 mph club so ur goin for top speed u catch my drift what's good for him may not bee good for u and those big tires are not cheap 2 go buy every different set they have IMO GOOD LUCK HOPE I WAS SOME HELP 4 U ...

Kev have you had to upgrade to steel hexes on your rustler 4x4 or slash 4x4? I have a max 8 in mine and they can't seem to hold even 1 run.

I have a 4x4 slash with similar etc and 2000kv ripper motor, you really need to upgrade the wheels/ hexes and drive shafts to 17mm.. only way to make that area reliable. 12mm just doesn't cut it with big power and torque.. Cheers 👍

I just bought the Slash 4x4 Ultimate yesterday and it was the last one at my local Hobby Shop here in town, and I managed to rush in their and grab it before someone else would’ve tooken it, and I guess that shows you how popular those Ultimates are, I wanted it because it performs better than your average Slash 4x4, it has a bunch of metal upgraded parts, like steering blocks, steering Links, big Blue Metal driveshaft, and Blue Metal shocks that holds %70 more oil than the average slash 4x4. I said to myself yeah there ain’t no way this thing is breaking that easily, I got the Orange body one it’s a nice color, I was hoping for the Blue and Green body, but it’s fine the Orange reminds me of the Beavers colors anyways, since I’m a Beaver Fan!? But I ripped it open last night and we have a little medium sized field that has grass and some bumps, and it handled the landings like a champ, I guess it’s new Sway Bar makes it more stable when turning wide and jumping because it didn’t flip over at all, and I’m running it on a 2 Cell Lipo Battery, and that thing sprays rocks everywhere in our rocky driveway, it can reach up to 45Mph on a 2 cell Lipo, that’s still a lot of power for that truck being on a 2 cell Lipo battery!!. I’m gonna bring it out again today but I’m gonna try and not mess up the driveway but I can’t resist not going full throttle sometimes! But it seems pretty fun and durable so far, im gonna try and keep this one for a while, so I’m gonna be a little careful with it, I’m not gonna full throttle it that much today but here and there because, I still have to break the truck in because I just opened it last night so it still needs breaking in.!!👍🏻😁
