Vulpecula makes it possible, without explosive payload you wouldn’t be able to consistently get ammo.

@@noahthatcher3729Perses-D can also get shoot to loot explosive payload in the same slot but hand cannons are generally more useful because they lose less accuracy to movement and vulpecula gets better in air accuracy because it’s a 180. It also has has a bigger damage output

Hey Aztecross just some extra lore as to why he threw the prismatic grenade onto the arm instead of the weak spot at 14:05 , he placed it in a very specific way to allow it to damage the Witness's chest that allowed ignitions more often and shatters, just enough damage over 3 phases to cut through that tiny little bit of pre-final stand health. For some reason, if throwing it right on the weak spot, it would not hit the heart every tick of damage. This guy played 5D chess with this encounter and it was absolutely legendary.

Yes now but previously I'd say solo Atheon was harder as alot of the difficulty came from mechaics rather then just the damage. Doing just the mechics solo for this isn't the hard part

His damage rotation spreads across his entire loadout like butter, its so clean. On top of that, he’s taken account for his animation cancels, D2 does prevent shot-swapping your guns as it forces the player to wait the full duration on reloads. But BogDog is animation cancelling with other key parts of his rotation so he never has to wait for weapons to ready up again.

after watching probably 30 hours of live attempts I was determined not to miss it. Since damage wasn't the best ever going into third damage phase I was kind of dozing off during setup for third. I ended up half asleep by the time he killed and I awoke to the yelling. Super happy for bog since he definitely deserved it but I'm upset I missed it while literally watching the screen.
