I made a baseball bat that (pretty much) always hits home runs. It uses explosive charges to put an enormous amount of power into your swing. In this video I show how I designed it and all the unexpected trials and tribulations of getting something like this to work. It turned out to be really hard but the end result is so much fun I can't complain. I don't think it's possible to use this bat and not grin.

It is easier when the goal is to make a video and not just to solve the problem. In real life one rarely encounters this positive side effect when making something, and then the time producing the failed attempt is wasted lifetime.

That's the easiest way when you're making videos. If he were to truly engineer the device, he would have started with testing to measure the forces and pressures involved. Then just design it right the first time.

awesome. would love to see this on a juiced baseball, or official Rawlings gameball - I think the storebought practice balls you're using have much more hollow cores and rubber skin for safe casual play, but a tightly wound string core in a leather ball could clear the trees I imagine!

Yep exactly why I carry a .410 revolver. Pepper a home intruder with lead splinters approximately two to three millimeters thick, they feel it more that way, and also need more recovery time from the shredded internals. That's assuming they dont immediately die of shock.

That crate, worth every inches of it, at least at my place (country, actually)! Its a sought after material of late (since early 2000) as there r 1001 beautiful n creative things that can be made out of it by creative n beautiful minds alike. From a simple door, to diy speaker enclosure, to walkways door, to storage boxes, to anything n everything. 😁❤️

Yes V2 would be great. But make sure to use “Official Major League” Rawlings baseballs with V2. The MLB balls are much more expensive, but they travel much further than the cheaper balls.

its taking a stab at all the idiots in the world who believe they are smarter then experts and the entire world , because they googled with a bias, to find the wrong answer that they wanted to believe.. they find ONE other idiot on the internet who said the same thing, and that confirms it for them. even though 99%+ of the world knows its wrong.. take conspiracy theories for example, theorists will google shit like 'the earth is flat and here's why' and ofcourse they will find all the blogs and stuff, that agrees with them. because they narrow down the internet to only see what they want. if researching something, do it without bias, no conflicts of interest, nothing unsupported.. the recent idiots of the world do not know how to find real answers

Coil spring inside the bat with a cam to absorb recoil of the piston? Look at Kriss Vector gun. It's recoil is angled down away from the gun barrel. Make the entire bat section that houses the piston out of metal.
