There is something really special about CENTRAL ASIA, and I wanted to make a video sharing my love for this region because it's often overlooked.
The countries that make up Central Asia are Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and sometimes Afghanistan is included as well. Without question, you can find some of the most ancient history, most hospitable people and the cheapest prices on this planet!
Have you ever been to Central Asia? If not, then add this region to your bucket list because it's just about as good as it gets :)

I visited to Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan and Uzbekistan last year. The people of these countries cherish both their culture and nature and they are exceptionally hospitable to tourists like other muslim countries. This is my favorite point of central Asia. Love from Japan.

Central Asia is becoming popular now, thanks to your videos. Kazakhstan is the only country I visited in Central and I fell in love with their beautiful nature and landscapes. The country is modern but they are very proud of their ancient nomadic roots. Outside the city, you can still see many yurts and shepherds with more than 100s horses, cattles and sheeps. It was so amazing. I still want to comeback when I get holidays from my work but maybe next time will include Kyrgyzstan too.

I've been to Afghanistan and Kyrgyzstan and have shook hands with Uzbek soldiers on the Friendship Bridge that crosses from Afghanistan to Uzbekistan. I also got to see the Blue Mosque a few times and the old military fort where Mike Spann was killed. Beautiful country up in the mountains but that's where it was more dangerous for us. Kyrgyzstan was absolutely beautiful and I would love to visit again for more than just transferring through Manas. I was over there 2010-2011 with the U.S. Army.

You're right! Central Asia is really underrated! My old karate teacher is from Uzbekistan, and he kinda made feel encouraged to look at it a bit more, as did a TV programme called Race around the World, where they travelled through central Asia. I would particularly like to visit Khiva in Uzbekistan, as it has some beautiful buildings and isn't as well known as Samarkand or Tashkent. I would also like to visit the markets (I love all markets, especially cheap ones!). I would also like to see a snow leopard in Kyrgyzstan, and the massive dam in Tajikistan. I hope it is still undiscovered when I go there too!

That’s pretty amazing you’ve visited all the stans of Central Asia. I’ve been to Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. The others require visas! I lived in Kazakhstan for five years in Atyrau. My wife Ardak is Kazakh. I hope to one day visit the other Stans! I Better start working on some visas!
