The comment you make about the sub is spot on. I feel it would be better as a passive sub sitting next to the main front soundbar and have the rear speaker wireless . I have the Nova S50 which has a passive side firing sub. I have it laying on its side underneath the main bar and the bass feels extremely well place and part of the main speaker itself. I tried a Hisense HS2100 which has a wireless sub which was placed away from the bar. I hated how it sounded. Seemed to sound totally seperate from the music track and really distracted from the experience. Good review, thank you.

The front speaker on mine gives off a squeaky/ vibrating sound when the dialogue is at a high pitch. Did you find this or is mine defective?

I just got it yesterday and the speakers on the left and right have an unbearable background noise. Is it the same for you or is my device faulty?

@@jeffry1910ify no background noise on mine. Did you adjust any of the settings? Make sure you have the connectors in good and snug.

We just set our up and only music from shows are coming out of the 2 small speakers, can’t hear the audio out of them. Do you think it was set up wrong?

@loveobviously No. Not all information comes from the rear, only Ambient effects. Shows don't really have surround sound, so they just put the music in its place instead.

I was searching sound for my room on budget, I was between this one, the vizzio 5.1 and the Nylavee 2.1 ... also at the and found thia cool real new released bar real cheap Geoyeao bar but I really digged this ine becase od the 5.1. I feel like a bar wont give.me that cool theater feeling 😳 so I just vought this one , any opinion ?

@@Dabal_R adjust your surround if you haven’t already. I have mine very close where I sit. I don’t think they are supposed to be too far away.

@@supersayin11178 they’re very close to me … I updated the drivers and now it has fixed the issue … before updating surround sound used to show 1 whereas now it shows max 3

Nice one! I never knew a subwoofer could also serve the function of a midrange driver The one you mentioned that can be had for $199 is the real deal, i didn't quite get the name, if you have done a review on them, i need the link to watch it, that seems like a very great value soundbar

Hey, I'm torn between the Dolby Atmos D60 and this 7.1 D70. I heard from other reviewers that D70 sounds much better than the D60. But, others say otherwise. Now, which do you think will sound better on a small apartment and has a more realistic home theater sound?

The d60 and 70 are the same, but with a couple more speakers. So go for the d70
