This tower never ever be complete announced 15 years ago ( Pentominium ) and the one next to this also never completed !!!

The developer then was different and now select group took over, and if you see the track record of select group, all of their projects handover on time ) In short- Six Senses Dubai Marina will be handed over on time I.e., 2028
