I was at Kolmården this summer, for the first time in probably three decades! It really is a beautiful park, with quite a serene atmosphere, despite the large number of visitors. I saw the delphinarium-show, rode the cable car (VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED!) walked around for hours on end up and down the hills of the park - and, ofcourse, went on Wildfire! I initially intended to film my ride using my cell phone (because, you know, Instagram), but not only is it not allowed (something I would have ignored).....but in the window of the controll booth they had a small "hall of fame" exhibition of totally obliterated cell phones!! So I reconsidered. Anyway, it was an AWESOME ride - which I spent most of screaming my head off, and it took me at least half an hour, if not longer, to stop my head from spinning afterwards.
