You should check out Direct D's videos there was a video that he recently uploaded and believe me you will definitely like this video. Direct D does video taping in Arizona police and the video was about a cop being rude and a Sergent correcting the other deputy for them video taping, he clearly makes a good impression on how cops are certainly how officers are supposed to treat people and people who video tape them. It's really a great video I wouldn't recommend it if I didn't think it was good.

I'm a union guy. I work with 2 former police officers. They both quit! They both said there is zero honesty, integrity, or honor in the job anymore. You can't lie enough on your reports. Go out and look to lock people up for felonies. Is what they were told. Hence they both had enough and quit. I know this to be true. I've been a victim of it. God bless these auditors. Eventually they will stop the tyranny if they stay strong and keep it up. Plus others have to join the fight.

Moral of the story: if you’re going to continue a conversation like this with police, don’t. Invoke your right to remain silent after you “dispell the alarm” by saying that photographing in public is a constitutionally protected activity. Then when you leave, DO NOT get in your car. Now they run your plates and obtain your identity. Also, DO NOT drive away. That only gives them probably cause to commit a pre textural stop. Just walk away and have someone get your car later.

@zgdafzgdaf42642 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately you need to state it’s for a story so it’s freedom of the press, especially if it’s a govt facility where they’ve marked private. That’s why all auditors I’ve seen in similar situations always state they’re doing a story.
@dennisrichey35842 жыл бұрын
Anyone is can be press. The 1st amendment gives us that right. But yes you need to let them know that you are gathering content for a story of public interest. What you do not need is a press pass. There is no government office that issues press passes. The only reason businesses such as CNN MSNBC and even Fox have what they call a press pass , is so that who ever they are interviewing knows who they are with. These businesses are the ones that make and hand out passes to employees.
@r613-v7y2 жыл бұрын
yeah they aren't for legal reasons they are just passes that certain events use to allow then in during situations they may not be able to enter. There is no law anywhere mandating any kind of press pass
